PHOENIX, AZ (December 21, 2011) – Arizona-based Jobing, a leading technology company that connects local employers and local job seekers, officially announced the acquisition of Blogic, a start-up site-matching technology company. This acquisition will enhance Jobing’s ability to provide turn-key technology solution to companies looking to improve their employment brand and corporate career websites.
Blogic was founded in 2011 as part of AZ Disruptors (www.AZDisruptors.com), the first Arizona incubator to offer angel funding to individuals and businesses developing cutting-edge “disruptive” technology. Blogic was created to help companies maintain a consistent visual identity across a website and blog. As part of the acquisition, Sean Coleman Founder & CEO of Blogic, and an Arizona State University alumni, will join Jobing’s software engineering team.
