PHOENIX (2/17/2011) &#8211; Jobing is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Spracale, SPHR to Senior Vice President, Arizona. Nicole has a long history with Jobing that dates back to 2000 when she became the first client of the organization &#8211; then as an employee of Kinko’s. She remained a dedicated client until joining the Jobing team officially in 2002 as the Director of  Talent Development where her many years of human resource experience helped drive the success and implementation of numerous projects and initiatives including corporate development, strategic planning, and employee &amp; managerial development. Since that time Nicole has taken on numerous management roles within Jobing focused around operations and client solutions.</p>

<p> As part of the acquisition, Cheesman Group founder, Joel Cheesman, a recognized expert in the field of recruitment and interactive marketing, will be joining Jobing.com as Senior Vice President.  Cheesman will be focusing on enhancing the organization&#8217;s activities with online marketing including SEO, SEM, content, blogs, video publishing and interactive marketing. </p>
