Management: Jessica Rush

Jessica Rush became part of the Jobing team in 2004. Jessica invested years gaining a true understanding of each component of our business and how they work to meet the needs of our clients, which led her to her current role of Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Experience.

Originally acting as the Director of Community Relations for our South Florida market, Jessica was responsible for the development of more than two dozen strategic community partnerships with local schools/universities, and professional and civic organizations, fueling sales and marketing growth initiatives for our organization. Her contributions to the development and overall success of the South Florida market led to her promotion to General Manager of the Jobing Tampa Bay office in 2005. There she oversaw all operations relating to local sales, community relations, and JobingVideo. Her successful leadership and ability to drive market growth made her the ideal choice for the General Manager of our flagship office in Phoenix, Arizona in 2007. Jessica’s understanding of our products and the knowledge she gained from working with our clients to provide recruitment solutions at a variety of levels in multiple markets prepared her for her current role as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Experience.

Jessica received her B.S. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and has completed executive certificate programs at the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia, Emory University, Ross School of Business at University of Michigan, and the University of Wisconsin Madison. Jessica has also earned her master’s degree through Kellogg School of Management’s Executive MBA Program.

While in Florida, Jessica was heavily involved with the Society for Human Resource Management as a member of three local chapters, served as the Chapter Marketing Liaison for the HR Florida State Conference, and also served as Co-Chair for the Florida Atlantic University Career Advisory Board. Jessica is currently a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and has held various volunteer positions on the state and local levels.

In her free time Jessica loves visiting with friends and family including her husband Chris, dog Ollie and little nephew. She also enjoys reading magazines, books and blogs, and travels when she has the chance. Jessica recently won the unofficial award for “Person Invited to be in the Most Wedding Parties.” A title lovingly given by her co-workers.
