Nicole Spracale, SPHR joined the Jobing team in 2002 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Arizona where she is focused on developing the Arizona market and providing employers across the state with employment marketing strategies, resources, and technology. Prior to her current role Nicole held many numerous management roles within Jobing focused around operations and client solutions, including Senior Vice President of People and Talent for Jobing where she oversaw a number of projects and initiatives including corporate development, strategic planning, and employee & managerial development. Nicole is also responsible for leading Jobing University, which provides on-going learning through an online portal, extensive executive education partnerships, and our internal Leadership Development Program, JobingUniversity.
Prior to joining Jobing, Nicole had been intimately involved with the organization since its inception in 1999. As a former human resources service provider to our organization, and as one of the first clients of our locally-focused job board, Jobing.com, Nicole gained more than twenty years experience in human resources, retail operations, and management. Her background also includes experience with industry leaders including Kinko’s, Banana Republic, The Limited Group, and Levi’s Strauss, Inc.
Nicole holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In addition, she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute and earned her Coaching Certification from Babson College. Nicole has also attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management for executive education, focusing coursework on sales force performance, negotiation, and integrated marketing communications. She has attended the Advanced Human Resource Executive Programs at Stanford University and the University of California, Los Angeles.
Nicole has a passion for sharing her knowledge and has served in various volunteer leadership roles within SHRM. In addition to being a current member of SHRM, SMA and AZHREF, she is the past publicity director and past president for a local Arizona chapter, past programs chair for the AZ SHRM State Conference, and served 3 terms as the AZ SHRM State Council Diversity Director. Nicole is a frequently requested session and key note speaker across the country, speaking for conference and corporate groups such as the Arizona IPMA, California Staffing Association, SHRM of Greater Tucson, the EMA of Greater Los Angeles, Cox Communications and Troon Golf, among others.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys working on gourmet cooking recipes and recreating cakes and baked goods seen on magazine covers. A lover of the theatre, she can often be found in front of the piano singing show tunes and light opera or outside with her husband encouraging their daughter’s tennis playing and upcoming matches.
